Greetings! We were unable to replicate the issue on our end, as product thumbnails are displaying correctly on the quote list. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin. If the issue persists, we suggest performing a theme and plugin compatibility test by deactivating the plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme. Let us know if the problem continues.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We tested this with the latest version 2.3.1 on our test environment and couldn’t reproduce the issue.Hence we suggest running a theme and plugin compatibility test. Try deactivating third-party plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme to check if the problem persists.

The customized add-to-cart button settings will apply to both the shop and product pages. Kindly share the plugin settings and screenshots of the shop page for further review of the configuration. Additionally please conduct a plugin compatibility test to ensure there is no conflict with any other installed plugins on your site..

Greetings! Please ensure that you enable the “Export All Custom Meta” option when exporting CSV products from your website using the WooCommerce export feature. This will include all custom metadata, such as our plugin pricing and other fields available on the product page, in the export. Additionally, you can export all product-level pricing fields. However, note that any global price adjustments you have enabled will not be included in the export through the WooCommerce option.

Thanks for getting back to us. To help us address the issue with the higher shipping rate, we need some additional information. Please follow these steps:
- Share a screenshot of your rate and service settings.
- Provide a screenshot of your product weight and dimensions settings.
- Include a screenshot of the cart/checkout page.
- Enable developer mode in the plugin’s general settings.
- Send us the rate logs generated on the cart/checkout page.
We also did not receive any screenshots or PDFs with your previous message. Please resend them.

Greetings! To hide the quote list page from the menu header, you can either adjust your theme’s menu settings or comment out the code snippet provided below on your website.
//add_action( ‘wp_nav_menu_items’, array( self::class, ‘add_minicart_to_header’ ) , 10, 2); under the file name plugin_folder/src/RequestAQuote.php

Note – Commenting on the code might cause the quote list page to be hidden from the menu header, depending on the installed theme of your website.

1: If you are using the correct Origin Zipcode. (It should be a 5-digit ZIP Code).
2: If your destination address is correct. (With 5 digit ZIP Code).
3: If you have enabled the services under Rates and Services Settings.

Regarding your query about high shipping rates, could you please confirm if the “Show Account Rates” option is enabled in the Rates and Services settings of the plugin?
Additionally, please note that the free version of teh plugin offers the “Pack Per Item Individually” packaging method. Consequently, if multiple items are added to the cart, the rates will be calculated for multiple packages.
