Thanks for getting back to us. The ELEX Catalog Mode plugin allows you to effortlessly apply catalog mode to your entire WooCommerce store. However, it does not support searching for specific strings within the catalog. Could you please provide more details on how you are conducting these string searches? Are you using any particular tool for this?

The string ‘bridey’ shown in your screenshot is not related to our plugin. To help us better understand the issue, could you try uninstalling the plugin and checking if the string still appears?

Greetings! The plugin will update the quote list icon in real-time, which will be visible on the shop and product pages. Once you click on the “Add to Quote” button for any product, the quote list will instantly display the product name and count. I suspect that there may be a theme or plugin compatibility conflict causing the real-time update issue with the quote list icon. I recommend conducting a theme and plugin compatibility test by deactivating third-party plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme. Afterwards, please check if the issue persists.

We have tested the discount functionality of our plugin with the “Product Table for WooCommerce by CodeAstrology” (WooproductTable) plugin, and it seems to be working properly. Our testing involved a simple product. Could you please confirm the type of product you are testing with?

Greetings! I wanted to provide some clarity regarding the ELEX role-based pricing plugin. The basic version is designed to support role-based pricing for simple products, as indicated on the plugin product page. While previous versions did allow some features to extend to variable products, we have refined this functionality in our last release 1.4.8 to better align with the original design for simple products.

To assist with your current needs, we will be releasing version 1.4.9, which will temporarily extend discount applicability to variable products. However, please note that starting from version 1.5.0, this feature will be removed, and the plugin will focus exclusively on simple products.

Could you please confirm whether you have made any changes related to the theme or installed any new plugins recently on your website? We didn’t notice any issues with the visibility of the discount on the product pages in our latest release.
