Hello @s4shubhamverma ,
Thanks for reaching out to us. To investigate this issue further, we will need more information, as the provided error details are incomplete, and can’t find any information with the error line number visible in the console. However, could you please first verify the Google API configuration in the Google Console? Make sure that both the Places API and Maps JavaScript API are enabled. After configuring, add the API key to our plugin settings again, clear the cache, and check if the console errors persist.
Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Hello @leozee888 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have thoroughly checked the feasibility of resolving the compatibility conflict between the Min Max Control plugin and our Request a Quote plugin. However, we found that the plugin Min Max Control manages the quantity conditions and stores data in a way that is specific to each user. Due to this, it is not possible for us to directly resolve the compatibility issue from our end.
We recommend contacting the support team of the Min-Max Control plugin to assist with this matter. Please share the following details with them:
Our plugin uses jQuery to fetch product quantities. They may need to review how our quote button interacts with their quantity settings and compare it with the WooCommerce cart button. We suggest that they utilize our plugin’s quote button hooks to apply the minimum, maximum, and step conditions when products are added to the quote form.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Sale price doenst showHello @joao98,
Thank you for sharing the video explaining the specific scenario. After reviewing it, I can confirm that role-based pricing is being applied to the product page for the user roles ‘linha 1, 2, & 3.’ This is why only the role-based prices are displayed when logged in with these roles. Since the administrator role doesn’t have role-based pricing set, both the regular and sale prices are shown.
As mentioned earlier, when a price adjustment or discount is applied in the plugin’s global settings, both the regular and sale prices will be displayed, reflecting the discount.
I hope this clarifies things! Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. We are happy to assist!
Hello @coco588,
Thanks for getting back. Currently, if any required field is left blank, our plugin will generate the feed with that field as empty or as a null value. However, please note that Google Merchant Center (GMC) will disregard all empty fields when the product feed is uploaded. We hope you have successfully uploaded the product feed to GMC. If you encounter any issues during this process, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Sale price doenst showHello @joao98,
Greetings! If you apply a price adjustment or discount in the plugin’s global settings, both the regular and sale prices will be displayed on the product, reflecting the discount. However, if you apply role-based pricing, only the regular price and the role-based price set in our plugin will be shown, and the sale price will not be displayed. Please refer to the attached video to see how we apply the discount and role-based pricing. Additionally, we have tested our plugin with the Woodmart theme.

I hope this clarifies. Please feel free to contact us if the issue persists.
Hello @coco588,
Greetings! The adult, shipping, and tax attribute fields mentioned above are conditional, required under specific circumstances based on GMC policy. For instance, the adult attribute is mandatory if the product is categorized as adult content, while the shipping attribute is necessary depending on certain country requirements. As a result, these fields have been included in the required fields section instead of the optional fields.
However, I have forwarded your request to exclude these fields when left blank to the product team. We will review and assess the feasibility of implementing this change in future updates. We appreciate your valuable feedback.
I hope this clarifies. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have any additional questions.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Problem with update Quota pluginHello @elektrobecov ,
Thanks for contacting us. We have looked into the reported concern and found console errors when submitting the quote form. I suggest starting by doing a fresh installation of our plugin and enabling WooCommerce and our plugin only on your website. It’s possible that some files were deleted or a third-party plugin is causing the issue with quote submission.
If the issue continues, please check the WooCommerce Status logs(Path – WooCommerce – Status – Logs – check the list of fatal errors) for any fatal error logs related to our plugin. If you find any, please copy the logs and share them with us for further analysis.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] compatibility with other pluginsHello @camicar ,
Greetings! Thank you for your positive feedback on our plugin! We’re glad to hear that you’re satisfied with it. Regarding the SUMO WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin, we haven’t conducted compatibility tests yet with this plugin, and the issue you’re encountering may stem from a conflict between the two plugins.
