In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Hide Add-to-cart button is workingHello @tcousins ,
Thanks for contacting us. By enabling the “Hide Add to Cart” option, the Add to Cart button should be hidden. We didn’t encounter any issues with this on our end, so there may be a compatibility conflict between our plugin and the theme or any other plugins on your site. To troubleshoot, we recommend deactivating the plugins one at a time and switching the theme to the default WooCommerce theme. After each change, please check to see if the issue still occurs.
Could you also let us know if you’re using any page builder plugins? If so, please try creating a product page without the page builder to see if that resolves the issue.
We look forward to your feedback.
Hello @bmtravelport ,
Thanks for contacting us. Currently, displaying custom fields created by the Product AddOns plugins on the ELEX Request a Quote form and in email notifications is not feasible. Adding these extra product options to the quote form and email content is not compatible with our existing plugin setup.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we’ll be happy to assist!
Hello @aihughes ,

Hello @poponai ,
Greetings! Could you please confirm whether you are using any plugins or custom code to display the pricing table on the product page? If so, kindly share the details with us. This will help us evaluate the feasibility of your requirements on our end.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @kingcooper,
Thanks for contacting us. Could you please confirm whether you have enabled the “Capture Abandoned Cart for Guest Users” option under the plugin’s general settings? I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.
Additionally, could you share a screenshot of the plugin settings? This will help us investigate further. Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Changing to differnet price separatorHello @blue2shop ,
Greetings, Adjusting the thousand and decimal separators in product prices is a WooCommerce functionality and is not managed by our plugin. You can configure these settings by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > General and updating the thousand and decimal separators as shown in the screenshots below.
I hope this helps! If the issue persists, please share screenshots of the WooCommerce settings, product page, and plugin settings to further investigate.
Hello @thumbtoe ,
Greetings! I checked the address autocomplete functionality on your website and found that the state field is not being auto-filled, while other fields like suburb and postcode are working fine. This issue may be due to a theme or plugin compatibility conflict with our plugin, possibly caused by adding a new plugin or changing the theme on your website. I recommend running a theme and plugin compatibility test by deactivating third-party plugins one at a time and switching to the WooCommerce default theme. Then, check if the issue persists.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @cutu234 ,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots!
It seems that carts are expiring because, after items are added to the cart, and after 30 minutes of inactivity causes the cart to be marked as abandoned. If users remove items from the cart after this, the status changes to “expired,” as the cart is no longer considered active.
I noticed that the “Capture Only Valid Email Format” setting is currently disabled. I recommend enabling it to ensure that abandoned carts are tracked only for guest users who enter a valid email at checkout. With this setting enabled, if users revisit and modify the cart later, the cart might still expire, but you’ll have a record of any modifications made by the user.
Please enable this setting and monitor the results. If carts continue to expire unexpectedly, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Hello @cutu234 ,
Thank you for reaching out! We understand your concern regarding the entries marked as “expired” after just 24 hours, despite the interval being set to 30 days. We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our end, so we’d like to investigate further to identify what might be causing it.
Could you please share screenshots of the plugin settings and the cart details page? This will help us analyze the configuration and get to the root of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @mohsenr1, Thank you for sharing your feature requests with us.
As per the current plugin functionality, the ‘Add to Cart’ button is designed to appear as a button element. Changing it to an anchor tag (
<a>) may cause compatibility issues for other users, as this falls outside the plugin’s intended behavior. However, we are considering improvements for future versions, including adding a customizable class to the
divelement, which should provide more flexibility. We appreciate your feedback and will keep you updated. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions
