It looks like there is a issue with the plugin where the product-level configuration is creating this issue whereas applying the “hide price” settings at the global level, directly from the plugin settings, works fine. I have passed this issue to the dev team and we will be including the fix in the next version release. You may also get in touch with our support team so that they can provide a custom zip file with you without further delay.

We’ve successfully incorporated the HPOS updates into the ELEX bulk edit product plugins (both basic and premium) and the same is currently under the testing phase. The plugin release is expected to be in the first week of November.

Thanks for contacting us. It appears that the visibility issue with the ‘quote’ button may be related to a third-party plugin or theme installed on your website. To troubleshoot this, please perform a theme and plugin compatibility test on your site. Start by deactivating all plugins except for our plugin and WooCommerce, and switch your theme to the default WooCommerce theme. After making these changes, check if the issue persists.
Additionally, could you provide more details about how you are using the ‘Products include’ option to select products for our analysis?
If the issue still persists then you raise a support ticket and our team will help you resolve the issue.
