In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price] Settings not saved on variable productsHello @ rpa2303,
Glad to hear that the issue is resolved now with the latest build. Please consider sharing a review if you are happy with the product and support.
Thank you.
Yes, The plugin provides “cart_product” shortcode that is used to display a user’s shopping cart or a list of products in the cart. When a user adds products to their cart, this shortcode could be used on a specific page to dynamically show the contents of their shopping cart including the product name, image, quantity, and cart total in the email notification.
However, I will forward your suggestion for an option to show the product name and image only on the email notification to consider in our future releases.
Hope it explains! Please feel free to contact us.
Hello @ AngeloLazzari,
Good Day! Thanks for contacting us.
1. You can set the Abandoned cart time in our plugin settings for sending the notification to the users. Once you have placed another order in the same session then our plugin will not send the notification for the pending status order.
2. Currently, We don’t have any shortcode “cart_content” available to show the product, name, or its image only, for email notification. The plugin will send the all details related to the order i.e. product name, image, price, quantity, and order total in the notifications emails.
Hope it helps! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Malware, not a pluginHello @botchco,
We appreciate you sharing your challenges with our plugin. We understand the importance of addressing issues, particularly when they impact crucial functionalities like the “request a quote” button. While we are continually improving our products with dedicated effort and time from our product team, it’s worth noting that the button issue is non-reproducible and may occur with custom-made templates from builder plugins.
Please find the working figure of the button from our local site: https://prnt.sc/ACC0BEpL1dXP
If you can, reach out to our support team they are ready to assist and provide clarity on the matters you’ve highlighted by logging into your staging site.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we strive for an improved user experience.
Hello @hhdk,
Greetings!
Sure, We’ve had a discussion with our product team regarding your concerns about rounding rules. We will be incorporating rounding options in the plugin, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
With this, you will have the flexibility to set them according to the currency for each feed. Currently, we don’t have a specific ETA for this, but it will be implemented in the upcoming premium version of the plugin

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Button Accept/RejectHello @serranospc,
We appreciate your contact.
In response to your request, currently, only the admin/shop owner has the capability to approve or reject quotes. However, could you please provide clarification regarding your mention of the PDF of the quote? Presently, the plugin does not generate PDFs for the quote list, but it does send quote update notifications via email.
Looking forward to your clarification on the above mentioned.
Hello @serranospc,
Greetings from ELEXtensions.
With regard to your inquiry, could you kindly inform us about the language of your website? Additionally, have you attempted to generate language files using any multilingual plugins, such as Loco Translator? If not, we can provide an updated zip file that includes language files to identify and address any translation issues on your website.
We anticipate hearing from you soon.
Hello @gce7,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you kindly provide a screenshot of the diagnostics tab in Google Merchant Centre? This will allow us to precisely identify the reasons for the disapproval of your items uploaded through the feed. Additionally, please inform us of the country configured as the ‘Country of sale’ during feed generation, as there may be a misconfiguration contributing to the product disapproval.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hello @divadyx,
Appreciate your email.
Certainly, the basic version with HPOS compatibility on WordPress is set to launch next week. You will see the update notification. The premium version of the plugin has already been released a week ago on 31st Oct.

Thanks
Hello @hhdk,
Yes, The product team is currently reviewing the feature suggestion to include additional rounding options in the premium version of the plugin. I will be able to provide you with an update within next week.
Thank you
Hello @hhdk,
Your confirmation is greatly appreciated. I have passed this suggestion to the product team in order to explore the possibility of ensuring compatibility or incorporating additional rounding options within the plugin, and we will provide you with an update.
Thanks
Hello @hhdk,
I appreciate your quick response. We’ve taken the step of installing the WPML String Translation and WPML Multilingual CMS plugins to address your concerns. However, we couldn’t locate the currency rounding settings that you mentioned in the screenshot. However, we suspect that you have made currency adjustments using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin in which the rounding rules are not compatible with ours.
In the feed generation process, you can fetch the regular price, or sale price, with or without tax, to the feed. Furthermore, the feed will handle currency conversion based on the exchange rate specified in the feed configuration. Can you please verify if the price is being displayed in accordance with the default WooCommerce rounding settings? We recommend you to reach out to our support team for a feasibility check for compatibility with rounding rules created and this will enable us to promptly address all your queries.
We eagerly await your response.
