In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode] Quantity Field Still AppearingHello Laura_Carr(@laura_carr),
Thanks for reaching out. Regarding your inquiry, we made an attempt to replicate the issue with the quantity option on product pages. Even after testing with the Twenty Twenty Four theme, we were unable to reproduce it. Could you please confirm whether you have also disabled the product price? Disabling the price would hide both the “Add to Cart” button and the quantity options.
Regarding the cart icon issue, it’s important to note that the plugin is designed to hide the cart button on shop and product pages. However, it does not alter cart icons, as they are controlled by the theme. If you wish to remove the cart icon, you will need to do so manually. Additionally, once the cart and checkout pages are hidden in the plugin settings, the default behavior is to automatically redirect to the homepage.
We would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter.
Hello helenmw(@helenmw),
Glad to hear that the plugin is working fine. It would be great if you could share your feedback on our product review page.
Our plugin seamlessly integrates with the Google API key to retrieve address suggestions directly. Occasionally, when only the postcode is entered, the API may not fetch the precise address. Therefore, we recommend verifying addresses with house numbers or street numbers. If possible, sharing a sample address would enable us to check from our end as well.
Hello helenmw(@helenmw),
I hope our latest release has successfully met your requirements and resolved any concerns on your website. If you’re content with both the product and our support, we would be grateful if you could take a moment to share your feedback through a review.

Hello nanny7(@nanny7),
Thank you for your response.
Regarding your queries, could you kindly confirm whether both domestic and international rates are accessible for your non-contracted account? The plugin is designed to display rates based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination address, ensuring that all eligible rates are presented.
In the basic version of the plugin, all eligible services, including letters, are available. However, if you desire to specify custom boxes or designate envelopes as package types, these features are available in the premium version. The premium version allows you to configure various package types under the packaging tab, providing clear definitions for envelopes with specified dimensions.
Furthermore, please ensure that the dimensions adhere to Australia Post guidelines, as incorrect weight and dimensions may lead to API failure in returning rates. Additionally, it’s important to note that the plugin operates independently based on API requests and responses, without dependency on WooCommerce shipping zones. You can seamlessly integrate default WooCommerce zone-based shipping options such as Free Shipping, Local Pickup, and Flat Rate, along with Australia Post rates. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Hello @slavik0102,
Greetings, I trust that our latest release (version 4.0.1) has addressed the reported PHP error on your website.
Please feel free to reach out to us if the issue persists.
Hello nanny7(@nanny7),
Thank you for your inquiry.
In response to your question, with the basic version of the plugin, when using a non-contracted account, you can locate the letter option under the Rates and Services tab. The plugin also offers the option to enable the cheapest rate under the same tab. Furthermore, in the premium version of the plugin, you gain access to more advanced package types such as envelopes, satchels, cartons, bags, and others.
Hope that clarifies.
Hello @happyteamvr,
Your response is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your patience.
Hello nanny7(@nanny7),
While you may update the country, state, city, and zip code on the cart page during shipping calculation, it is essential to ensure that the complete address, including the street address, is also updated at the checkout. As previously mentioned, for logged-in users, the system will either use the default address from your profile or the address associated with the last placed order.
If you have any additional questions or encounter further issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to assist you.
Hello nanny7(@nanny7
The plugin employs the EasyPost Address Validation API, using API keys to validate addresses. This API is highly recommended for most countries. For optimal address validation, it is recommended to utilize the EasyPost API. Additionally, the premium version of the plugin offers integration with four other distinct APIs.
Hope that helps. Should you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We are here to assist you.
Hello phantomas88(@phantomas88),
Thank you for reaching out. In response to your concern, we have made an effort to replicate the scenario on our test site. Specifically, we configured a 5% discount rule for bank transfers, applied to a product with a $20 price. As anticipated, the discount applied at checkout was $1, taking into account the tax configuration in WooCommerce where the price includes tax.
It appears there may be additional tax rules on your site impacting product prices. To assist you further, kindly confirm that you are using the latest versions of WooCommerce and the plugin. If the issue persists, providing a video reference or additional information about the tax rules on your website would be beneficial.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hi nanny7(@nanny7),
Thank you for reaching out.
In response to your inquiry, when utilizing the autocomplete feature of the plugin, addresses are automatically populated based on the selection from the dropdown. Alternatively, customers have the option to manually input the full address during checkout, following WooCommerce’s default checkout functionality. Please note that, by default, the address at checkout is populated from the last place order, in line with WooCommerce functionality.
Could you please share if you are encountering any challenges or issues with the checkout process related to entering addresses?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
