Hello slavik0102,
Greetings from ELEXtensions!
Kindly opt for the “No discount” option within the plugin settings to eliminate the strikethrough of prices on both the shop and product pages. This action is recommended when no discount value is intended to be applied because if you apply the discount with zero amount or percentage value then our plugin shows the product price strikeout discounted price which is the same on the shop.
Hope it helps! Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Extra Product Options pluginHello @ahmirof,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
The basic version of the plugin has not been tested for compatibility with Extra Product Options & Add-Ons. However, we do have a code snippet that is currently designed to work with the premium version of the plugin. By implementing this code snippet, you can apply role-based discounts to custom prices configured through Extra Product Options & Add-Ons. We are open to considering making the snippet compatible with the basic version of Role-Based Pricing in future releases.
Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Hello @peoniesforspring1,
Thank you for sharing the requirement in detail with our support team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hello @graffidesign,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding an issue you encountered while using our plugin. Your feedback is valuable to us and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Our development team is actively working to improve the plugin, addressing the concerns raised by users. We will be releasing a new version soon with the necessary updates.
Hello @peoniesforspring1,
Thank you for getting back.
Regarding the request to incorporate extra CSS to hide the “Name Your Price” section on the shop page, please note that hiding the “Name Your Price” section may render the Add to Cart button unresponsive, given the absence of a visible price. Moreover, as per our earlier discussion, it seems that you have also deactivated the regular price.
To provide more tailored suggestions, it would be helpful if you could explain your business case and workflow on your site in more detail.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Translate with loco translateHello @jonuxketux,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are glad to hear that you’re satisfied with the latest version of the plugin. Regarding string replacement, since the language file is already included in the plugin folders, you can search for the specific string and replace it with the desired strings using Loco Translate.
To do this, you’ll need to navigate to Loco > Plugins > ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote – Basic. From there, you’ll find the Lithuanian language files in the list. Once you’ve made the necessary changes, you can save the file to have them reflected. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Hello @wonderwooman,
We have integrated the ELEX Address Validation & Google Address Autocomplete Plugin with the EasyPost API key to validate and provide suggested addresses during the checkout process. Upon reviewing a US address on our end, we encountered an “Address not found” API response. This is attributed to the address not being present in the EasyPost server for validation.https://prnt.sc/YZEzJ_Z_9ocC
However, when validating the same address with the incorrect country name “Canada” and zip code “WWWW,” the address is successfully validated by the EasyPost API. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to the EasyPost support team for additional clarification on how the API validates incorrect addresses. This discrepancy is within the API-generated response for the mentioned address and is not an issue originating from the plugin.Additionally, you can activate the “debug log” option within our plugin settings. This allows you to conveniently review the API logs on the WooCommerce status logs page, providing insights into the specific reasons for the validation failure.
Hope it explains! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Hello peoniesforspring1(@peoniesforspring1)
Thank you for getting back.
We genuinely appreciate your suggestions. We will promptly communicate your feedback to our product team and conduct a feasibility check to explore the possibility of hiding the “Name Your Price” feature on the shop page in any of the future releases of the plugin.
Should you have any further suggestions or feedback, please feel free to share them with us without hesitation.
Hello helenmw(@helenmw),
- We are in the process of releasing a new version where, if not provided by the Google API key, the county field will be left blank.
- To troubleshoot the issue, you can try placing an order using different payment methods such as COD or check payment. If the problem persists, please record a video of the scenario and share it with us. Additionally, we’ve checked console errors on your sites, but these are unrelated to our plugin. For your reference, you can right-click on the screen, choose “inspect element,” and access the console. Keep the console window open while placing orders to identify payment method errors.
Hope that explains! Awaiting for your reply.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding your query, the issue arises when the language files contain fuzzy strings, which should be removed from the language file. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team, and we would be happy to generate the language file for you and seamlessly integrate it into the plugin.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.
Hello @wonderwooman,
Greetings from ELEXtensions!
Certainly, you have the option to disable the “Address autocomplete” feature within our plugin settings. This allows you to use our plugin solely for address validation during the checkout process. The basic version of this plugin supports the EasyPost API integration only for address validation.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional clarifications.
