Hello @dennypratama,
The plugin is designed to have two components – an item list and a form component. “Send Request” is simply a submit button for the form component section. Hence, “Send Request” cannot be moved to the “item list” section.Note that this works similarly to a normal checkout page of WooCommerce.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Hello @dennypratama,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot and the form link for our reference.
After analysing the request, we must inform you that moving the Send Request button to the right-hand side is not feasible. This is due to the reason that the items list and form are separate components, and currently, the button placement cannot be adjusted in this way. However, if needed, you can explore alternative layout options for the quote form in the plugin settings if that works for you.
Please feel free to share any further thoughts or questions you may have.
Hello Hello @dennypratama,
We encountered difficulty accessing the picture through the provided link, as it displayed an “access denied” message. Could you please clarify whether you are referring to the “Request a Quote” form and button, or if you are utilizing a customized form on your website? Providing us with the link to the form page would be beneficial, as it will allow us to conduct further investigation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Product Title limited length?Hello @aeldrei,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have attempted to replicate the issue with the product title length on your site as well as on our local site using the same title provided:
“Cyclone ZEPHYR – 3 Person Hydrotherapy Spa Hot Tub – 2 Seats – 1 Recliner – 2100 X 1600 – Includes Lockable Cover”.
We were unable to reproduce the issue. The product title is displayed correctly on the WooCommerce order pages and email notifications. Additionally, it functioned properly when submitting the quote.
Screenshots are attached for your reference:
If possible, could you provide a video reference of the issue you are encountering? This will help us to better understand and reproduce the problem.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello iowebgr(@iowebgr),
Thank you for reaching out to us. The error you’re encountering may stem from a compatibility conflict with a third-party plugin on your website. To troubleshoot this, I suggest conducting a compatibility test on your staging site. Deactivate all plugins except ours and WooCommerce, and temporarily switch your theme to the default WooCommerce theme. After completing these steps, check whether the issue persists.
Additionally, could you please provide the WordPress and WooCommerce versions currently running on your store? This information will give us in better understanding and resolving the issue.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Hello @helenmw,
We’re having trouble accessing your staging site at “https://staging39.mrsshah.co.uk/checkout/“. To properly analyze the issue with the “place order” button, we’ll need more information. You may raise a support ticket so we can assist you without any further delay.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @helenmw,
Greetings from ELEXtensions!
During our testing, we were able to proceed with an order without filling in the county field since it is an optional address field. You can refer to the recorded video of this scenario for clarification. If the issue persists specifically with the ‘Place Order’ button, I recommend submitting a support ticket. This will enable our team to gather more details and conduct a thorough analysis, as we are currently unable to replicate the problem on our end. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/25520081?key=d4ec9f9c4075d6824dacd4a1ab2f6a6c

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Minimum symbols in formHello @jonuxketux,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding the phone field, it is currently set up to accept only numerical input, with a minimum of 10 digits and a maximum of 12, accommodating the inclusion of country codes if required. We are glad you found the solution. Could you please confirm if any changes to the validation rules were made in the code?
If you have any additional questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us. We’re here to help.

In reply to: [ELEX Minimum Order Amount for WooCommerce] Exclude Product(s) from Minimum?Hello @bobcar,

The current plugin version doesn’t have a product exclusion option; it currently applies restrictions based on user roles and order subtotals. However, we are actively working on a new version of the plugin featuring a revamped user interface, and this functionality will be included in the upcoming release.Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to inform us.

Hello @graffidesign,
We haven’t encountered the issue of variations displaying a zero price when searching for products on our end. It seems like there might be a compatibility conflict with the theme. Could you please try changing your theme to the default WooCommerce theme and check if the problem persists?
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a video illustrating both scenarios – one with variations pricing displaying correctly and another highlighting concerns about tax visibility. This will assist us in replicating the situations accurately and conducting a thorough investigation of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Request a Quote] Quote button not showing on product page
Hello jmac116(@jmac116),Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have conducted tests with the Divi theme and did not encounter any issues. Since the problem is not replicable on our end, it’s possible that there may be a conflict with another plugin on your site. We recommend performing compatibility checks by switching themes and deactivating other plugins. If the issue resolves after this process, it is likely caused by a conflict with one of the other plugins or themes. You can identify the problematic plugin by reactivating them one by one.
We look forward to your response.
Hello innovacomp(@innovacomp),
