Thank you for reaching out. The plugin is already compatible with Loco Translate, You can generate the language file for Portuguese and update the necessary strings, including the translation for the “Send Request” button. If any fuzzy strings are generated by Loco, you can manually correct the translations.

Thank you for reaching out to us. In response to your inquiry, the current functionality ensures that the cart button redirects the user and opens the URL in the same window, not in a new window. This option is not available in the plugin at this time.

Thanks for contacting us. Regarding your query, the plugin has not been tested with Flagship. According to the rules, if the shipping class and shipping service filters are met, all Flagship methods should be hidden at checkout. Could you confirm if the WooCommerce default shipping methods are being hidden by the plugin? If they are, there may be a compatibility issue with the third-party plugin.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The add to quote widget is primarily designed for product pages. To address problems with product categories, we’d need to check your Elementor template, which we don’t have access to as it seems customized on your site. Also, note that the add to quote button doesn’t immediately replace the add to cart button. Our plugin allows you to hide the add to cart button and apply add to quote based on your needs.

Thanks for contacting us. The plugin supports both simple and variable products. After refreshing the page, you have the capability to add multiple variations to the quote list. However, we’ve introduced an auto-refresh feature for the product page after each variation is added. This fix has been implemented in the latest version of the plugin(2.2.4). We encourage you to update the plugin to the latest version and share your feedback with us.

Greetings! Hope you are using the latest version (1.7.6) of the plugin. We’ve recently introduced a new checkout field option ‘Restrict Street Line 2’ in the plugin settings. The error may be related to this addition on the checkout page. To address it, I suggest saving the plugin settings once again and clearing the cache to fix the PHP error message.

This plugin integrates with your checkout process by directly applying relevant discounts to the product price, rather than being displayed as a separate line item. This is a core functionality of the plugin.
Please note that the discount applied to the product price may result in free shipping not being visible if the cart total falls below the minimum order amount required for free shipping. This occurs because the discounted product price affects the overall cart total calculation.
