Thank you for sharing the screen recording. From your video, it seems you are unable to select the address from the dropdown suggestions. The address remains consistent after returning from the cart page, and reloading the checkout page retains the zip code and street address. We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. To ensure this isn’t the expected behaviour of the plugin, we have shared a screen recording of our website.
Additionally, we encountered a problem accessing your website’s checkout page, which displayed “cart is currently empty” even after products were added to the cart. https://prnt.sc/pfC2F4GEo5cd

Thank you for contacting us. When we try to check the same scenario on your site, it displays a message saying “Your cart is empty,” even if products have been added. However, we were unable to replicate this issue on our end. When returning to the checkout page, the address fields remain filled with the same address as expected.

Could you please record a video of the issue so we can reproduce it on our end? Also, I suggest running a theme compatibility test on your website to check if the theme conflicts with our plugin.

If the quote button appears on these default pages but not on custom product pages created with your theme’s page builder, this may indicate a theme compatibility issue. Greetings from ELEXtensions! When you install the ELEX Request a Quote plugin and create a quote list page to display the quote form on your website, WooCommerce will automatically show all available pages in the theme header. This is a default functionality of WooCommerce and does not depend on the quote icon option.
However, If you want to hide the quote list page on the menu header then you can check your theme menu settings or comment on the below code on your website.
//add_action( ‘wp_nav_menu_items’, array( self::class, ‘add_minicart_to_header’ ) , 10, 2); under the file name plugin_folder/src/RequestAQuote.php

Note – Commenting on the code might cause the quote list page to be hidden from the menu header, depending on the installed theme of your website.

Thanks for contacting us. Yes, there are weight and dimension restrictions in the Australia Post Eparcel account for both domestic and international shipping. However, we are unable to modify our plugin to enforce these restrictions because it is integrated with Star Track shipping services, which allow for larger shipment weights and dimensions. Additionally, we have chosen not to hardcode any restrictions for Australia Post shipping services within our plugin.

Greetings from ELEXtensions! It seems that your Australia Post contracted account details are invalid or incorrect. I recommend verifying the account number, API key, and password on your Australia Post dashboard and adding them to our plugin. Once the Australia Post credentials are verified, the contracted shipping services will be visible under the rate and services settings of the plugin.
Please make sure to enter the credentials in the correct API mode in our plugin’s general settings. For instance, if you are inputting live credentials, make sure to enable the “Live” API mode in the plugin’s general settings.
