Thanks for contacting us. The plugin will delete only the ticket you have specifically selected, not all tickets. However, you can restore deleted tickets through the data management option in the plugin settings. After restoring the tickets, please try deleting the specific ticket again to see if the issue persists. You may also share a screen recording during this process.

Thank you for sharing the screen recording. We have reviewed the payment button configuration and did not find any issues on our end. It appears that the problem may be due to a theme or plugin compatibility conflict affecting the payment button functionality and layout on your website. We recommend performing a compatibility test also by deactivating other plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. The shortcode for the quoted message in the email template appears to have been altered, which is why the message is not appearing in the email notification. Please update the shortcode from “@order_comments” to “@customer_note” in the administrator email template, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.

The ‘Accept & Pay’ button in quote emails redirects customers to the checkout page to make payments using the available payment methods. If the redirection is not working properly, please share the screen recording of the concern and also copy & share the quote-approved email template saved in the plugin template settings, this will enable us to check the same scenario at our end.

We suspect a theme or plugin compatibility conflict on your website. I recommend running a compatibility test by deactivating third-party plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme. And, check if the issue persists.

Thanks for the clarification. We are unable to reproduce the same scenario on our end. We’ve applied the scheduled sale price option to a variable product for the next day and are seeing the regular price instead of the sale price, indicating no issues on our test site.
