Got it and glad that you’ve fixed it. Great job!
Have a nice one and take care!
Hi there!
It’s Roman from Ecwid by Lightspeed Customer Care Team.Thank you for contacting us!
First of all, we’re glad that you like our plugin. Thanks!
As for the issue you described — I’ve checked your site (https://www.sthelena.com/little-book-big-experiences/) and tried reproducing the issue by following the steps you provided. Yet, I couldn’t reproduce the issue despite using incognito mode and not logging in. When I was refreshing the page, the product was still there, and I could add it to the cart and go to checkout with no problems.
So, can you please tell me if the issue is still reproducing on your side? If so, can you please check it in different browsers? Will the issue still exist in all of them or just in a particular browser?
This info will help me to investigate the issue further.
I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Thanks!- This reply was modified 3 years, 6 months ago by ecwid_team.
Hi there!
This is Ecwid by Lightspeed. Thanks for your message! As I understand you are concerned about the loading time of the product pages.
You noticed some scripts that are non-required to load the store. I should say that these scripts come from the version of the storefront Ecwid is using, currently. I am afraid there is no way to remove those scripts for one store only. It is possible to do this only for all the Ecwid stores globally. Our developers are already aware of this issue and they are working on the updating storefront and improving its performance. We are planning to release a new version of the storefront in our future updates. Yet, there is no ETA at the moment, sorry. Please send us your store ID/website URL at support@ecwid.com and we will add your email address to the waiting list. Once there is any news, we will get back to you to give an update.
Thank you!
Just in case, here are the instructions on how to troubleshoot redirect errors on Cloudfare: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000219871-Troubleshooting-redirect-loop-errors-
Also, please, try following the steps from this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-error-too-many-redirects-issue-in-wordpress/
If you have already performed any of these steps, please, let us know the results – we’ll be happy to look into it further.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi again,
We have noticed that you use the Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg plugin – most likely, the issue is caused by the conflict between Ecwid and Otter blocks plugins.
Our developers found a workaround: on the edit page, in the Otter plugin options, you need to disable “Enable Block Condition Module”, screenshot: https://take.ms/gR71J.
This issue is already reported to our developers and they are investigating it. Additionally, we’d recommend reporting the issue to Otter – Page Builder plugin developers so that they could check it on their end as well.
Please, let us know if you have more questions.

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Error after removing EcwidHi there!
This is Ecwid by Lightspeed. Thanks for your message and sorry for the difficulties!
It looks like your Ecwid store was not added correctly to a WordPress site, this is probably why you still see a part of the shortcode on the page.
To fix it, please, go to WordPress Admin > Pages > open a page where your store was added > remove the current shortcode for an Ecwid store. If you still see the shortcode on your live site, please, send us a link to this page and we’ll check it.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Sorry we kept you waiting so long for our reply. After consulting with our developers, it appears that the grid parameter in shortcode identifies the number of products per page rather than the number of products in rows and columns. In fact, Ecwid fits the products in one row as many as possible, and the number of columns depends on it. Sorry for not letting you know in the first place.
Taking those facts into account, you can change the number of products per row with the CSS code you mentioned yourself above:
.grid__products .grid-product { width: 50% !important; }The code will work correctly on all screen sizes and won’t affect the store responsiveness or pagination.
Hope this info helps! Feel free to get back to us with any other questions.
Hi there,
Sorry we kept you waiting so long for our reply. Can you please specify, if you’ve added the code on your screenshot manually? As I can see, you’re using Classic WP editor, which means that the code should look like this, a screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/gvJSyC
The thing is, that changing data coals in the code alone won’t help, as it should also contain other information, such as category view, number of items on the pagem, etc.

In reply to: Ready to give upHello,
This is Maggie with the Ecwid by Lightspeed.
We got a notifications from WordPress about this thread.
I can not see any mention of Ecwid in your message. Do you have any issues with the Ecwid store? If so, what are they?
Please, let me know and we will look into it.
Hi!
This is the Ecwid by Lightspeed team. Thanks for reaching out!
There’s no way to have the ‘Feature on the store front page’ option to be disabled by default for all new products added to the catalog. I’m sorry about it!
Yet, you can unassign the products from the ‘Store front page’ category (Featured products) in bulk by going to Products > Catalog. There, you should check all the products and click Mass Update. Then, select Promote on Storefront > Manage Featured Products > Remove Selected from the Front Page (screenshot).
Hope it helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
What is the Editor you are using? Can you please send a screenshot of the code where you tried to change the grid as per our instructions?
If possible, it will be great if you send us a screencast of how you try to apply the changes. This will help a lot to understand what could be the issue and how to resolve it. Thanks!

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Customize Product Details pageHello!
This is Karina from Ecwid by Lightspeed Customer Care team. Thanks for your question!
If I got you right, you would like to move the breadcrumbs above the product title on your product details page. Like this: https://ecwid.d.pr/sCZ3jJ (screenshot example)?
It’s possible to achieve this with the following CSS code:
.ec-size .ec-store .product-details__sidebar { display: flex; flex-direction: column; } .ec-size .ec-store .ec-breadcrumbs { order: -1; } .ec-size .ec-store .product-details__product-title { order: 0; }The code needs to be added to your store’s CSS theme in Ecwid admin > Design tab. Please check out this article for further instructions on how to install the CSS code: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000160869-Adding-CSS-codes-to-your-store
If you add the CSS code to your store’s CSS theme as described in the article, it won’t get deactivated or erased with the next Ecwid plugin update. It will stay active unless you deactivate the CSS theme in the Ecwid settings or remove that CSS code.
If this code isn’t working for your particular store for some reason or you have further questions, please send us a link to your website with the Ecwid store embedded, so that we can tailor our replies to your particular site.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
