I checked you site and i found a big problem. I think only your G+ Users are getting no Download Link. The bug is in the plugin itself. I fix the error and deploy a new version in a view hours. Sorry for this error..

no it is not possible. Because than, the user can only like once on your hole page.

the above warning is a php warning. It is not depending on your browser. Can you send me a direct link to the page where the error is thrown (but it is not absolutely necessary)?
Maybe the point that you have the warning only on this page is, that your error_reporting level on this server is different from your others, or you set WP_DEBUG to true only on this installation. Please check this.
I check the plugin for this wanring and hope to can fix this as soon as possible.

you see the option to insert the shortcode if you upload a file to your blog. after uploading is proceeded you have the ability to protect the download via wplike2get and if you check the checkbox to doing this, the shortcode is generated.

I tried to discover If a user clicked a like button already. But it doesn’t work with the standard like button javascript because of a bug in the like button script (but I can’t find the ticket for this issue now).

when a user like your fanpage, the user can do this only for one time. What happens when the user already liked your fanpage or come back and want to see other content? It is recommended.
The App-ID and User-ID is only for the initialisation of the Facebook Object and for the meta tags “fb:app_id” and “fb:admins” this should cause statistics in facebook insights. Do they not?
