In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Broke My WebsiteWe’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the fatal error you encountered when updating to Jetpack version 11.5.
Our developers have worked urgently to address the error, and a new version of Jetpack, version 11.5.1, has been released to resolve the problem. You should be able to safely update to this version of Jetpack without encountering any errors.
To update the plugin, please navigate to the Updates panel on your WP Admin dashboard and update Jetpack. You should also see the option to update under Plugins -> Installed Plugins.
Once you have updated Jetpack, if you have currently deactivated the plugin, you can safely reactivate it after updating.
Please let us know if you run into any further issues, and we’ll be happy to help. Apologies again for the trouble!
(Now that the bug is fixed, if you feel like updating your review based on the value Jetpack provides for your site, it would be much appreciated!)

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Video Sitemap IssueHi there
I can see your sitemap now, but it seems to be generated by a different plugin. Do you still need help with the Jetpack Sitemap feature?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Image Gallery SlideshowHi there
If the Slideshow option is missing, go to Jetpack → Settings → Writing and make sure the Compose using shortcodes to embed media from popular sites option is enabled.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
Thanks for sending the stack trace, that’s a big help.
It seems like something has hooked “jetpack_options” and is returning false. Or else something earlier in the request is consistently setting false for the relevant option. The fact that it’s getting false indicates it’s not something stored in the database, as trying to store false here would come back as the empty string instead.
I think we need to rule out a conflict with another plugin/theme at this point. Would you be able to deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme (you could use a staging site, or try the troubleshooting mode of the Health Check plugin if you don’t want to do it on your live site).
You could also try searching the source code of any active plugins for references to strings
jetpack_options,jetpack_log, or a stringlogbeing passed to methods on classJetpack_Optionsas a starting point. Please let us know what you find.

Hi there
That sounds strange. There would need to be a very unusual conflict between your theme and Jetpack for Jetpack to reset all of your theme settings like that.
Would GoDaddy be able to share more about how they determined that Jetpack is responsible here?
Hi there
I tried this on a test site and didn’t have any trouble selecting the Tiled Mosaic as a gallery option when using the Classic Editor.
Have you checked that you have the Tiled Gallery module enabled?
To check that, go to Jetpack > Dashboard, then scroll down to the bottom and click the ‘Modules’ link to see all Jetpack modules in one place.
If it’s already activated, there may be a conflict somewhere.
Could you try the following steps to narrow down the cause of the issue? These steps will disable all other plugins and custom themes only in your logged-in session without affecting the public view.
1. Install the Health Check plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
2. Download and install the Twenty Twenty theme on your site if not installed already: https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwenty/
3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click ‘Troubleshoot’ on Jetpack
4. Try adding a tiled mosaic gallery again.
5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.Let us know what you find.
Hi there
You can set up your contact form as explained here:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-to-setup-your-contact-form/You can set up the form to add a tag to those leads, and then create separate segments based on tags:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Admin restrictionsHi there. Jetpack doesn’t provide any ability to restrict individual features based on user roles.
Hi there. I have refreshed the sync manually from our end. Please let us know if you continue to see that error.
Thanks for confirming. Are you able to activate/deactivate each Site Accelerator setting individually to determine which specific feature is causing the issue?
Your Jetpack connection looks good now, so it’s likely that something else is conflicting here.
At this stage I would suggest deactivating all plugins except for Jetpack to see if that helps. If so, you can enable them again one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Issue with Jetpack sitemapHi there
The sitemap doesn’t include products by default. You can find information on adding more custom post types to your sitemap here:
