Hi there
I can see the issue you mentioned on your site, however in testing this on a test site, the behaviour is different. If you slide from a landscape image to a portrait image, the slideshow height stays the same and the image width is reduced accordingly (the same as it works on desktop).
I’m not sure why it’s working differently on your site. Have you made any customizations that might have changed the slideshow behaviour?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] About the Terms of UseHi there
Yes, Jetpack Backup can be used on sites containing adult imagery. You can find our full Terms of Service here: https://wordpress.com/tos/
Note that if you intend to use Jetpack VideoPress, pornographic video is not permitted as videos are hosted on WordPress.com servers, and it is against the WordPress.com user guidelines:
https://wordpress.com/support/user-guidelines/Hope that helps!
Hi Hal
There aren’t any public settings for that, but we can configure it for you.
Jetpack was looking at the HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP header, so I’ve updated that to look at the remote user’s address instead. Hope that helps! Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi there
jp-tracksis the handle you’re looking for.Hi there
I did some testing here but I was unable to reproduce this warning. Do you know if there’s a specific action that is being taken on the site right before the warning is generated?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack statsHi there
Sorry about that, I have restored the stats to lignessurligne.ca now. If you want to reset the stats for https://en.lignessurligne.ca/ again, please disconnect Jetpack on that site and let us know so we can make the necessary change. (Note: this is not reversible).
Thanks
Hi Gus
I’m seeing different related posts on those examples now. It looks like you’re using a different related posts feature? Please let us know if you still need help with Jetpack Related Posts.
Thanks

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Fatal Error@gadgetcoma If the issue is still occurring, there may have been an issue during the update. Have you tried completely deleting Jetpack and installing it again via Plugins > Add New?
It seems like that URL may be cached somewhere, as it’s not showing up anywhere on our side. There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems.
The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:
Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and clear your browser’s cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#browser-cache
– Then, try a test subscription again. If it shows the correct email address, then you know another plugin is conflicting here. You can reactivate plugins one by one, trying a test subscription after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.
Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One: https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentyone/
– Then, try a test subscription again. If it shows the correct email address, then you know it’s a problem with the theme.
Let us know how that goes.
Hi Ruud
We have encountered issues previously with the Complianz-GDPR plugin, although not specifically with Jetpack Boost. You could try disabling the plugin’s Jetpack integration: Navigate to “Complianz > Integrations > Plugins” and disable the slider next to Jetpack.
Aside from that, I’m not familiar with other GDPR plugins, and can’t advise on legal requirements, but Jetpack has its own features to help with GDPR compliance, which you may want to read about here: https://jetpack.com/gdpr/
Hi there
Jetpack won’t be able to connect while your staging site requires http authentication. If you disable that temporarily, you should get the safe mode prompt again. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble.
Hi @bluestormt
The Jetpack connection on your site looks good, and I’m not seeing any sync issues from our end. If you’re still seeing the same message, could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
@vevioz – Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome guidelines, and provide your site URL so we can investigate?
