    Hi,

I have a website (lignessurligne.ca) and I started yesterday an English version of this website (en.lignessurligne.ca), so I made a migration to copy the website and traduce it.

But when I transferred the website, it transfers my actual stats to my sub-domain and start a new statistic with my actual website in french.

My question is how can I transfer my old stats and start new stats with my sub-domain, not my principal domain?

  • Hi @olidubois99,

I’ve moved the stats from the staging site en.lignessurligne.ca.it back to lignessurligne.ca. Please reconnect Jetpack to see the changes take effect.

Since en.lignessurligne.ca.it is a new site, if you decide to clone/migrate your site similarly in the future, the next step would be to create a new Jetpack connection for the site to prevent this type of issue. There’s more information in our support documentation.

    Regards.

Thank you ! But I connect my lignessurligne.ca jetpack account and I lose all my stats since the creation.

And can I use the same email adress for the two website ?

    Hi there

Sorry about that, I have restored the stats to lignessurligne.ca now. If you want to reset the stats for https://en.lignessurligne.ca/ again, please disconnect Jetpack on that site and let us know so we can make the necessary change. (Note: this is not reversible).

    Thanks
