Hi there
Please can you check this old thread with the same issue, and answer the questions posted there?
Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Timestamps issue (not synchronized)Hi there
If I understand correctly, you tried step 1 and the timestamps were different, indicating that caching is not working.
Did you clicke Enable Logging in the Debug settings, at Settings > WP Super Cache > Debug?
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/wiki/How-to-enable-debug-mode
If you have trouble with that, please review the troubleshooting page here:
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/wiki/TroubleshootingIf you still have trouble, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?
Thanks!
Hi there
It looks like the link is no longer displaying because you changed the message shown via Settings > Reading. Can you confirm?
Is it possible that the old incorrect link was being shown because it was included in the introduction text you set there?
Hi there
I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you mentioned with the slideshows. Have you tried adding the affected slideshows to a separate test page on their own, to confirm whether the issue is with having multiple slideshows on one page?

In reply to: [Jetpack Search] Indexing “private” content?Hi Rolf
Lessons behind a paywall are marked private just like a private post or page would be, so they wouldn’t be indexed.
If you have a Sensei Pro license, I’d suggest contacting Sensei support so they can help you test this and submit a feature request if necessary.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Search EnginesHi there
Photon includes a link to the canonical image in its response and for that reason, Google will always know where the original image lives and will index that one.
This thread explains in more detail:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] NofollowHi there
From what I can tell, you are not using Jetpack’s social icons on your site. If that’s not the case, can you please provide some more detail so we can see exactly what is happening?
Hi there
I can see the article you mentioned in related posts, but the image is displaying ok for me:
Are you still having trouble with it?

In reply to: [Jetpack Social] New Version of Facebook Page Cannot DetectHi Joey
I just created a brand new Facebook page and I was able to connect it to my test site without any issues.
When you click connect, you’ll see:
You’ve previously linked Jetpack to Facebook
Would you like to continue with your previous settings?Click ‘Edit Settings’ and make sure your new Facebook page is selected there.
Let us know if that helps.
Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome guidelines?

Hi there
Can you try pausing Cloudflare temporarily to determine whether that is the issue or not?
If not, optimization plugins can also cause connection issues, so I’d suggest you try deactivating any you have running to try to isolate the issue to a specific plugin.
Hi Clifford
If you enable the carousel option in Jetpack > Settings > Writing > Media then images from both the Gallery and Tiled Gallery blocks will open in a carousel even if they are set to ‘Link To: None’.
Hope that helps!
Hi there
I have deleted that image from our cache.
We are unable to delete all images at once, if you have more images that need to be deleted, please send a list of URLs via this contact form.
Thanks!
Hi there
I believe this is because although your domain has a valid SSL certificate, it is still possible to access your site via HTTP. Your visitors and search engines can use either HTTP or HTTPS to access your site.
This is an issue for search engines, since it often causes confusion and duplicate content, but it is also an issue for your site’s communication with WordPress.com, as our system does not know whether it should connect to your site via one or the other address.
To solve this issue, I would recommend that you make sure your site’s URL is set to HTTPS (you can do so under Settings > General in your dashboard), and then ask your host for help redirecting all traffic from HTTP to HTTPS.
If your host is unable to help with that, you can follow the instructions here to do so:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/Once that’s done, try to reconnect your site to WordPress.com once again; that should solve your issue.
