In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Some Images not appearingHi @flixelpix
You have Lazy load images enabled, which could cause this delay in loading your pages’ images.
Could you deactivate the option, clear your cache and browser’s cache and check if the issue remains, please?
Since I loaded the link you sent for the first time, I wasn’t able to reproduce the same issue, so it could be a cache issue as well.
Here is our support doc that explains how to fix these issues: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cross-site trackingHi @aclassifier
Cross-site tracking is an option for Safari browsers, for Chrome and Firefox you have the option to Do not track.
Jetpack doesn’t have the option to remove it.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Michelle

Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome guidelines?
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#new-postDo you still need help? Or did you contact us via support?
Thank you!
Hey @gsbarro
Could you reactivate Jetpack and deactivate all the cache or modification plugins you have installed, please?
Then, check again the homepage.
Note that we do not support third-party plugins and themes. If the theme wasn’t updated by the developer to support WordPress 6.0, I recommend you wait for the new Jetpack upgrade (scheduled to be released in the next few days) and test again.
If the issue persists after the Jetpack upgrade, I am afraid that the error lies within the theme and you will need to contact their support asking them to make a fix for you (until their theme is fully compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and Jetpack).
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Hi @stepman
I’m marking this as resolved since you found the culprit on your server.
If you still need help with this, please feel free to mark it as ‘not resolved’ again.
Thanks
Hi @mizuhara
After you deactivate the Jetpack Boost, if you have any cache plugin enabled, you need to clear the cache from the plugin and your browser cache too, so you will be able to see the changes.
Some issues you encounter with your WordPress.com blog or account can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Here is our support doc that explains how to fix these issues: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack don’t workHi @admin227
According to our Jetpack Debug, your site is not connecting because of the error:
error: test can post xml to xmlrpcAnd another server error:
ERROR: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes receivedThis means the xmlrpc.php or this site itself is either taking way too long to load and Jetpack is giving up, or we are getting blocked by your host and/or a security plugin. Jetpack, the WordPress mobile apps, and some other plugins and services use xmlrpc.php file to communicate with your site, but some hosts block connection requests to that file.
To fix this issue, please do the following:
1. Allowlist Jetpack’s IP range
If your host, or a security plugin you’ve installed, only offers XML-RPC access by allowlisting IP addresses, then they will need to allowlist the IP addresses listed here:
* https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time. For that reason, we recommend your host uses the machine-readable versions of these IP ranges in JSON or plain text format to automate configuration changes on their systems.
2. Contact your hosting provider/developer about making your site more efficient
There are many factors causing Connection timeout errors that can only be controlled and fixed by your hosting company. For instance, if their DNS servers cannot resolve requests in a timely manner, this will cause cURL requests to timeout.
Another scenario could be slower connectivity or networking issues with your hosting server.
I recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support to discuss potential hosting environment issues leading to timeout error and your site’s slow speed.
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue.
Could you please try pausing Cloudflare as described [here](https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044#h_8654c523-e31e-4f40-a3c7-0674336a2753), please?
The steps [here](https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/configure-jetpack-cloudflare/) will help to ensure that your site is optimized to work well with Cloudflare.
After you’ve made the changes, try again to see if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Hello @stepman
The error is related to your hosting services.
I recommend you to contact the hosting support and provide the error. They will be able to checksum your WordPress install and verify the error for you.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Hey @jeweljohn
I am afraid this is not possible at this moment.
The best way to add videos correctly to the VideoPress servers is via Media > Send new media.
