Hello @chasclifton
Could you retry de-activating and re-activating the Jetpack Boost settings (Optimize CSS loading, Defer non-essential JS, and Lazy load images) and then refresh the Overall score, please?
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
Hello @willie0512
Glad to help!
Jetpack is not connected to your site. That means we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file, which is needed for our connection:
http://www.aishawilliams.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack
The link above must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here: http://jetpack.me/xmlrpc.php
Since your site returns a 404 “Not Found” error for this page, please check the following:
* Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP (if you’re not sure what this means, please ask your hosting customer support for a hand)? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard → Upgrades page, then click the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
* Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file. Again, if you’re not sure what this means, your host customer support should be able to lend a hand.
* Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting support and ask them to allow Jetpack to access xmlrpc.php.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com:

Let me know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Brute force attack functionHello @bulletrainy
Glad to help!
I recommend you deactivate the external service plugin and test our Brute Force Atack module for a couple of days, and see if it works for you.
Usually, your site doesn’t need more than one brute force attack tool. So, I recommend you keep only one of them activated after your tests.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.

Hello @anab2021
Glad to help!
I’m afraid this is beyond the scope of the support we can offer here.
Since this is a theme issue, you should consider contacting the theme support or Elementor support, since your pages were built using their page builder.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
Hello @torstensbuechereckede
Glad to help!
I’m afraid this is beyond the scope of the support we can offer here. You may want to consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient fix than we can provide here.
Please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ if you need help.
We will keep this thread open, in case someone from the community is willing to provide further help here for free.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Outbound HTTPS not workingHello @qdhd99
Glad to help!
If your site is not connected with the Jetpack and the issue persists, that means an error with your hosting, not with the plugin. Jetpack makes the connection between WordPress.com systems and your website.
Note that SSL errors are related to the hosting, not with your website. You need to ask them to reinstall the certificate, then force all the access via HTTPS (via htaccess or server setup).
To avoid errors with SSL and your site’s files, I recommend you to install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello @metallisson
Could you send screenshots with the error, please? I tested the link you sent and I am not able to reproduce the issue.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this email. It works with Chrome, Firefox and IE.
