In reply to: [SurveyMe] [Plugin: SurveyMe] remove Name and EmailThe fields cannot be removed, as they are used to make sure the submitted surveys by unique individuals.
If you are hosting a private survey, IE one that only members can fill in, then you can hide the fields with CSS as the fields are filled in automagically. In the next release the name filed will become optional, but the email is still required for uniqueness.

In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error. We are down grading all our development servers, and hopefully this be something that can be easily fixed with 5.2 code only.
We do intend to go back to 5.2 compliance.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error.Since you are PHP 5.2 and the minimum we have available for us to test is 5.3 it seems probable that some functions that require 5.2 have been used.
Well look though all the new code to see if this is the case.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error.HHHmmm, both windows and osx ( usually ) are case insensitive. So this cannot be the cause. and yet the old versions work fine.
Can I ask what PHP version you are using, maybe a function that is not PHP 5.2 compliant has been used.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error. What operating system are you on, do you know if it’s case sensitive. This may be the problem, and assuming this is the problem and working to find the offending file that is in the wrong case.
You can find the old versions here
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quizme/download/
So you can continue to run while we look into the problemForum: Plugins
In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error.I’m not sure how the WordPress interface works, but we did change the name of the main plugin file so If WordPress assumes its the same that could be the problem.
If this is the case, then just clicking activate on the plugins screen should work.Your data safe, it is storred in the database, so unless you have customised the plugin files you will not loose anything by deleting the plugin files.

In reply to: [QuizMe] Fatal Error.I’ve downloaded and tested the plugin that is posted on the site and it works as expected.
Fatal error can cover many things, so may i ask how did you upgrade?
Manually or through WordPress. If manually, did you delete the old version as stated in the instructions?
Some files have been removed from the project and there presence will cause problems if they are still there. If automatically, can I ask you to try to activate it manually as the main file has changed and this could be the cause in this situation.

In reply to: [QuizMe] [Quizme] "Do not have permission"Is you site non english?
If so this is a known error and will be fixed in the next release.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LinkSync] Server Crashing whilst running LinkSync/BlogrollSyncThis sound like something you should post on the WordPress bug forum. LinkSync only read from wp-links.opml.php and has no affect on how it runs.
The only thing i can think of is if you are syncing the server with itself.
