All you need to do is make you site multisite and the option show up in the Links->Linkit Page.This will allow you to designate any blog as the central blog, ie the blog whos links you will use for Linkit for this site.

Unfortunately its a slow task. We are Linux and OSX, and when we ask for more details from the windows users who post the questions they do not respond.
I’m sorry for the lack of support, so let me refund double what you paid for the plugin.

As a quick fix the plugin requirements will be fixed to require linux. This will be reflected in the next release.Posting multiple times and demanding fixs asap makes this a very low priority.
This problem only affects windows users. And is being looked into.
