I totally get where you’re coming from here. It is quite confusing.
I am running WooCommerce 5.X… does it mean everything about WooCommerce Admin plugin is already there?
But yes, since your site is already on WooCommerce 5.x, you already have WooCommerce Admin.
WooCommerce Admin has been bundled with WooCommerce ever since version 4.0, but the plugin is also available separately so you can update the Admin part of WooCommerce for new reporting features even if you aren’t quite yet ready to upgrade the latest release of WooCommerce.
Also, there is a message “You have the WooCommerce Admin plugin activated but it is not being used.” What does it mean? How to “use” it? How to remove this message? It is wired and there are no actionable tips.
This notice was added to let you know that the plugin isn’t being used. When WooCommerce is fully updated and activated, you can safely deactivate the WooCommerce Admin plugin without losing the latest reporting features.
I hope that helps lessen the confusion, even if by a bit!
nope – no caching plugin
We haven’t seen any similar reports on this issue, so it is very strange. How about any caching systems from your hosting provider maybe? Can you also check with them?

When I create a product in WooCommerce, it doesn’t give me an option for a featured image.
Can you please clarify for us, does this “Product image” section not show up for you when you edit a product at all?

Sometimes, that section just gets reordered around and placed in other areas of the page. Other times, it may have just been collapsed. You might want to check if either of that’s the case with your site.
There’s a place where I can upload images to the product gallery, and I have images in there, but they aren’t showing either.
This one is, indeed, very strange. Can you let us know more about it? Do you mean that, after selecting an image and clicking on “Add to gallery,” the image is not added like so?

Thank you for the screenshots! That was very helpful.
I tested this out for you on my site with “Shop page display” in the Product Catalog set to “Show categories”. And despite the Shop page only showing categories, my search results still showed products.
A key difference between my site and yours, however, is that mine is using the default Storefront theme. So, it looks like your issue may be theme-related. Specifically, you may want to check your theme’s archive-product.php, which is located in woocommerce/templates.

Just giving you an update here. I’ve filed a bug report on the WooCommerce Blocks GitHub repository about this issue and, if you wish, you can follow its progress here: Disabling Coupons Doesn’t hide the Coupon Code Option in the Checkout Block. I’ve also pinged the developers about it. 😊

I checked my two sites that have been updated to Storefront 3.6.0, and I couldn’t reproduce the issue you saw.
I’m thinking, however, if your issue may have been due to caching. Do you perhaps have a caching plugin on your site? If yes, you might want to try flushing the cache or disabling the plugin, at least temporarily just to check if it’s causing the issue.

How strange! Do you recall the exact message you were shown in Appearance > Themes?
Alternatively, the theme may just not have updated correctly and you may want to try manually updating it.

Can you send me a link to a page where you want to modify the price/currency suffix? CSS sometimes has to be really specific so that the correct elements are targeted.

I’m not seeing wc-block-checkout__form in that page’s code though, so I’m guessing I’m looking at the wrong page. Is my guess correct?
