Hi @shadim
Also is there any way we can get DHL to automatically send the customer tracking information by email, without them having to specifically request it at checkout?
Hi @shadim
I’m really happy to hear that and thank you for lettting me know.
How can we edit the default text which is displayed for this check box (front-end), or is it hard coded into the plugin? No need reply.
I have decided that I possibly do not need an SMTP mail plugin and left this be handled by our hosting environment. Thanks in any caseHello again,
Before my emails failed to authenticate, I added Google Recaptcha v3.0 to my website (contact form 7). Could that be causing this authentication issue?
Any help on resolving this appreciated.
Cheers! π
Many thanks for your detailed reply. That has helped a lot on my understanding.
I am not a big fan of any archiving feature on a webshop, as things change and get updated and you do not necessarily want people to see archived pages. So in this case, would you suggest I “exclude all pages from all archive queries on this site.”?
Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Ship to different address” in checkout is selected as defaultThe “Default to customer billing address” option in WooCommerce basically does not work now.
Ah perfect. Thanks @cybr . That makes sense now π
OK perfect. Many thanks @onestatero
Thanks for the reply. But how does the SEO Framework plugin deal with canonicals? Does it produce a canonical link for every valid page on the website? Or do we manually have to set canonicals?

In reply to: [PayPal Plus for WooCommerce] Unfortunately plugin does not work correctlyI sent you an email with a link to a PayPal Plus plugin which actually works.
Unfortunately I think you can forget this plugin from Inpsyde as they just cannot get to the bottom of their problem (which is nothing to do with PayPal servers). It is a shame that PayPal continue to promote this plugin via Inpsyde as their offical plugin supplier.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Tracking number in emailsHello @nikohadouken
That’s very kind of you. I think I will wait to see if they offer a shortcode however, as avoids palying around with the email templates. If nothing comes from them in the next months, then I will definately look at this however π

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] No support for AustriaOK no need to reply. I just called DHL technical support and they confirmed it is just the last 2 digits of the “Abrechnungsnummer”. This can be found in the contract details in the geschaeftskundenportal.de
Thanks

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] No support for AustriaOK thanks for this. Our DHL account manager thought that we would need to use the last 4 digits of the participation number. Can you confirm this or do we need to call DHL technical support?

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] No support for AustriaThank you. I have installed the plugin but not sure what participation number we should be entering for “DHL Paket” and “Retoure”. On our German DHL contract, what is the “Participation number”? I can see things like a “Kundenkennung” listed under “ZugehΓΆrige Identcodes”, but the last two characters are numbers, not letters.
Also, we have 2 different “Kundenkennung” listed for our “DHL Paket International”. I am not sure which one we should use.
Any help from your side appreciated.
