DHL Paket service does not support Austria anymore (only Germany), however Deutsche Post International does support Austria. Would that work for your needs?

Thanks for your reply. If we are a German business customer, then surely our account already takes this into account?
I imagine if we check our invoices, Austrian addresses will now be listed on invoices from « Deutsche Post » rather than « DHL Paket »?
Basically what I am asking, if we have a DHL business account, surely your plugin works for us as it uses the requirements that DHL specify?
Your thoughts appreciated 🙂
Are you shipping FROM Austria or TO Austria?

We are shipping from Germany to Austria. All shipments leave from Germany. Your thoughts appreciated.

In that case there is no issues, you can use DHL Paket. You can send TO Austria but not FROM Austria.

Great – thanks for the reply.
Can you also tell me if your plugin supports creation of the « Zolldokument » when you ship to Switzerland for example?
Also does it support creation of « Retoure » labels.
Thanks in advance
Yes, you should be able to get « Zolldokument » when you ship to Switzerland and « Retoure » labels.

Thank you. I have installed the plugin but not sure what participation number we should be entering for “DHL Paket” and “Retoure”. On our German DHL contract, what is the “Participation number”? I can see things like a “Kundenkennung” listed under “Zugehörige Identcodes”, but the last two characters are numbers, not letters.
Also, we have 2 different “Kundenkennung” listed for our “DHL Paket International”. I am not sure which one we should use.
Any help from your side appreciated.
The participation numbers should be numbers not characters.
I guess you can use the domestic accounting number for domestic DHL products and international acc accounting number for international DHL products.

OK thanks for this. Our DHL account manager thought that we would need to use the last 4 digits of the participation number. Can you confirm this or do we need to call DHL technical support?

OK no need to reply. I just called DHL technical support and they confirmed it is just the last 2 digits of the “Abrechnungsnummer”. This can be found in the contract details in the geschaeftskundenportal.de
Thanks
