In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Does not work after an upgrade to 3.2.0Hey crosskirill,
I still have your ticket and was going to reach out to you today.
We shipped 3.2.0 with some issues which we were working towards fixing. Now the fixes are released I would ask that you update, to see if that resolves your issues. If not please do let me know.I understand you gave this plugin a single star, which given the circumstances isn’t unreasonable, but BackUpWordPress has a very long history, the majority of which has been stable.
Hey Irirna,
Your issue is seperate to the problem in 3.2.0, it would appear your server is killing the backup process.
I’ve sent you an email and I’m still awaiting your response.
Cheers guys, I do apologise for any frustrating experiences you may have had.

Thanks for reaching out.
I’m not sure what issue your having exactly.
We do sell individual licences for all our premium extensions.
If you go here: https://bwp.hmn.md/ and click on the individual extension you’re interested in you can purchase a single licence 🙂
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Cheers!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] WP cannot install BackupWordPressHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
So you’re getting this error because the version of PHP installed on your web server is incompatible with BackUpWordPress.
BackUpWordPress requires PHP version 5.3.2 or higher, so you’ll need to contact your host and ask to be upgraded to PHP 5.3.2 or later.
Let me know how you get on,
Cheers!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Can't activate plugin in WP 4.1.1Hey Maggie,
Sorry to hear that.
In that case you might try downloading an older version of BackUpWordPress. You can try version 2.6.2 which you can download here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/developers/
That may work on your site, allowing you to create a backup.
Best of luck,

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Doesn't work with WordPress 4.1.1 versionHi grownupjane,
Thanks for reaching out.
Sounds like your host is blocking the use of BackUpWordPress. Who’s hosting your site?
I know GoDaddy currently have black listed a number of backup plugins.

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Database and Full backup stops at 2MbHi Damiaan,
So this is quite a common issue.
So the 2MB backup your getting is probably just your database backup after its compressed. Which means the backup process is not starting, or is being killed early on.
If you could Enable Support and send us a message through that channel we’ll be able to help resolve the issue.
Cheers!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Back dropboxHey there,
Thanks for reaching out.
1: Yes. You can backup a multisite and send it to a Dropbox account.
2: Yes. You can select how many backups to store.
So the message “This schedule will store a maximum of 4 GB of backups.” indicates that the combined size of all backups will be about 4GB. For example, if your site is 1GB, and you select to store 2 backups, then the schedule will store a maximum of 2GB’s.
If you only have a certain amount of storage available you can either look to increase it, or slim down the size of your backups, or store less backups. If you try to create a backup and you have no diskspace available the backup will fail.
Please let me know if you have any other questions,
Cheers!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Complete Backup not working (anymore?) – New CGI Scripts?Hey Jack,
Thanks for getting in touch.
The short answer is no. Could you [Enable Support](https://bwp.hmn.md/support-center/enable-support) and contact us through there? We’ll be able to get a better idea of what might be going on.
Cheers!

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Permission deniedHi Hendrik,
So your backup failing isn’t related to this error. It’s likely some server restriction is preventing your backups from being completed. I recommend you Enable Support and we can go through why they maybe failing through that channel.
The error above is a warning to say BackUpWordPress didn’t have permission to use ZIP Command.
Reach out through out dedicated support channel and we’ll fix up the failing backups.
Cheers,

In reply to: [BackUpWordPress] Fatal error when activating pluginHi McSquidwich,
So this is because your version of PHP is incompatible with BackUpWordPress.
BackUpWordPress requires PHP 5.3.2 or higher to run. You’ll need to contact your host and ask them to upgrade your version of PHP to 5.3.2 or higher.
Cheers,
Owain
