    also i see this text “This schedule will store a maximum of 4 GB of backups. “

    1-how do you calculate that space?my disk space limit is 2GB?

    2-if its more than the max what happens to the backup crashes the site or ignores backup?

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1: Yes. You can backup a multisite and send it to a Dropbox account.

    2: Yes. You can select how many backups to store.

    So the message “This schedule will store a maximum of 4 GB of backups.” indicates that the combined size of all backups will be about 4GB. For example, if your site is 1GB, and you select to store 2 backups, then the schedule will store a maximum of 2GB’s.

    If you only have a certain amount of storage available you can either look to increase it, or slim down the size of your backups, or store less backups. If you try to create a backup and you have no diskspace available the backup will fail.
