It sounds like you are using some browser extension that automatically fills in various fields with your contact details. Can you please try using a different browser and check if the problem still remains?

Please manually update the product IDs in your CSV file to the ones from your new store. This will resolve the error.

Yes, it is possible. Please disable “Trust Badges” checkbox on “Trust Badges” tab in the plugin’s settings.

We installed “Astra” theme and “Elementor” plugin on our test site but could not reproduce the problem you reported. After we add “Shortcode” widget from “Elementor” and then insert
[cusrev_reviews]shortcode in there, it displays a block with reviews for the produce. So, I’m confused about your explanation.To proceed with troubleshooting, please share detailed steps how to reproduce the problem and illustrate each step with a screenshot.
