    Hello 🙂

I have encountered some problems when trying to import reviews from one shop to another. The product IDs are not the same in both shops. And unfortunately, the import does not use SKUs but IDs to establish relationships in the database. So I get this error on all reviews:

Error: The product with ID = XXXX does not exist in this WooCommerce shop.

(I assume the error is the same with the order_id column)

The woocommerce support explained to me that it is not possible to have these IDs identical because they are auto incremented in the database.

Is there a better way to export/import reviews?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

Please manually update the product IDs in your CSV file to the ones from your new store. This will resolve the error.

Every time I edit the template by inserting my reviews and try to import it ,I get this error message “The CSV file contains invalid or missing column headers, check template in step 1”.
I didn’t change anything in the original template, I just modified it with my own data.

    Thanks for providing additional information.

You might be using software that changes commas to semicolons in CSV format or does something else that makes the CSV format invalid. Please try to edit the template with a Notepad.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
