It occurs not just in 4.8 but also in earlier versions. We’ve added a check for unsupported characters in email addresses in the version 4.9. Please update the plugin and let us know if you still experience this problem.

I understand that the previous information and the system report were from your live site. If you are making changes to the staging site, I need to see the system report from the staging site please. Can you please provide it?
Also, can you please share URL of a product page with this problem on the staging site?

Maybe you are using some advanced auto-fill settings or maybe the browser makes a mistake because the fields names include the word ’email’.
Anyway, it doesn’t looks like this problem is related to the plugin.

I see that you have a bespoke template for ratings on product pages –

You might be using software that changes commas to semicolons in CSV format or does something else that makes the CSV format invalid. Please try to edit the template with a Notepad.

You can either fix the permalinks or use the “Lazy Load Reviews” option (available on “Review Extensions” tab in the plugin’s settings). It will then replace pagination with “Show more” button.

I’m glad that you resolved the problem! However, it would still be nice to understand why [cusrev_reviews] does not work for you. Can you please try if the problem also happens with the free version of Elementor (we don’t have the paid one)?
You can upload and share pictures with a service like Google Drive. Or you can also try this service: https://imgbb.com/. If possible, please share screenshots of the steps to reproduce the problem.

Can you please also send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.
