Thanks for trying our plugin!
Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t have a feature to move reviews between different pages. If you like, you can update your store page in WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page).

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Issues with elementorThanks for providing additional information!
As I mentioned above,
[cusrev_reviews]shortcode works only on WooCommerce single product pages. If you put it on a generic non-WooCommerce page, it will not work. So, I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by putting it on http://wako.webmedic-demo.com/test/.If you get the default reviews template on this page: http://wako.webmedic-demo.com/product/the-ordinary-copy-4/, it could be for various reasons. For example, you didn’t create the custom template with the correct name or in the correct folder. Elementor might also change the default path where WordPress looks for templates.
[cusrev_reviews]shortcode is very simple. It just calls the standard WordPress function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/comments_template/. Please refer to the documentation of this function to understand where $file should be located and which hooks might potentially change this location.Forum: Plugins

Unfortunately, I don’t know if your staging site is a copy of the live site or not. There is no way for me to check it. For troubleshooting, I need information about the site where you are making changes.
You can download any version of the plugin from the advanced view of the plugin’s page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/advanced/
However, I must warn you that old versions of the plugin may not be secure or stable. They are not recommended for use on production websites.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Customers getting blasted with emails? Thanks for trying our plugin!
Most likely this problem is caused by a glitch in WordPress Cron on your website. It triggered the same “send” event for the same WooCommerce order multiple times. To prevent this problem happening in the future, please enable ‘Limit Number of Reminders’ checkbox in the plugin’s settings (on ‘Review Reminder’ tab).

1. Yes, there is a requirement for the minimum number of reviews.
2. No, you shouldn’t use the primary or the secondary feeds. You should have a special reviews section in your Merchant Center account. If you don’t have it, please submit this application form: https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/product_ratings_interest_form
