I still need to see the system report about your website. Can you please share a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

This is the reason then. Each store is identified by its domain. If you change domain, then it looks like a new store to the plugin. We’ve transferred your store to a new domain in the cusrev.com system. Please re-save settings on the “Trust Badges” tab in the plugin’s settings and let me know if you are still experiencing any problems.
