Yes, it is compatible. Polylang is designed to show comments (or reviews) only in the active language. If you would like to change this behavior, it will be a question for Polylang support forum. Based on the screenshot that you shared, I can only conclude that the test email was successfully sent.
I see that you are using gandi.net as an email provider. Can you please repeat the test using an email address from a well-established email provider like Gmail please?

Unfortunately, I cannot tell if you enabled the review for discount option based on the provided screenshot. Can you please share a full screenshot?

Elementor is a bespoke tool to customize layout of WooCommerce product pages. It doesn’t provide information about the product ID for the [cusrev_reviews] shortcode that is normally provided by any official WooCommerce theme. This is why it doesn’t work.
Elementor created their own widget for reviews. Can you please try to use it instead?
