Unfortunately, it doesn’t have an option to hide the search field in Q&A. It is always displayed.

After debugging is enabled, repeat export of reviews and then check the error log.

Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have a feature like this. However, the plugin provides an option to enable reCAPTCHA for Q&A to protect the website from SPAM.

Yes, it definitely can be implemented as a bespoke development, but unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t have a feature like you described.

It is unlikely to be a cache problem. If you have stars disappearing on existing reviews, something else must be going on your website. Unfortunately, I don’t know what it is because I have no visibility of your website.
Please try to understand what happened before review stars disappeared. That will be the main step to resolve the problem.

I’ve just tested posting a review on this page: https://toutpourmasante.fr/produit/douleur-sciatique/. The website didn’t allow me to post a review without a rating. So, I posted a review with a rating. Can you please check if it is saved in the backend with a rating as well?
