@farrux272 I can only provide support in English and I used Google Translate to translate your message. It sounds like you’re having trouble with WooCommerce order statistics?
If so, you need to contact WooCommerce for help there. Please post your topic to their forums here and someone should be able to help you:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Also, you should provide the URL of the site you’re having trouble with so they can better assist you.
Since this isn’t a Jetpack issue, we’ll mark this resolved.

Great! Someone should be responding to continue troubleshooting this issue soon.
Since we’ll be helping you via email, we’ll mark this resolved for now.
@freilinger42 thanks for reaching out!
but all other page views are bulked up into a single, blank/null entry.
That typically indicates that the stats data from your site isn’t synced properly. However, the phantom author would show as
__JPPNP__as the author name – but in this case it’s blank.Regarding the Editor’s issues – it’s because the only connected user currently is the Administrator account (which I assume is yours?). In order for the Editors to use the WordPress.com dashboard to edit posts/publish they need to have their user account on wp-admin connected to their own unique WordPress.com user account. They would just need to log into their account in wp-admin, go to Jetpack -> Dashboard, and follow the prompt to connect their account.
I believe that should sort out the author stats display issue as well.
Let us know if you still have this problem and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
@mlavoraperry Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

Thank you!
@rcvsknowledge I would recommend you reach out to your hosting provider for assistance. Request they make a backup of your site before you start updating things in case something goes wrong. Then just start updating everything that is out of date under Dashboard -> Updates.
Your host would also be the best one to help upgrade your site’s version of PHP. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with that upgrade.
@emilyrmitchell – thanks for that URL! I was able to clear that image from our cache.
The only exception is if someone had saved that image URL with Site Accelerator domain OR a cached page has image URL with Site Accelerator domain prefix. Both of these are unlikely though! Of note, this means that if you try to check to confirm if the images are removed from our system and you re-load the Site Accelerator specific URL (the one starting with i0, i1, i2 like the one you provided), this will trigger a cache once more of the image to return.
TL;DR: Donβt re-load that URL now that I’ve cleared the cache. π

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Fatal error@sazzad333 it looks like those errors are tied to a theme, not Jetpack.
Also, you provided
localhostas your URL. Jetpack does not work on localhost sites due to the site needing to be publicly accessible for Jetpack to connect and work properly. If that’s not the correct URL, can you let me know what site you’re having this problem? Once I have that information, I’ll be better able to help.
Thank you!
@cedialogs can you confirm that you tested that behavior with just those plugins active and all others disabled?
Additionally, with Jetpack disabled, do you get the same
amp_is_available was called incorrectlyerror message and does the error always refer to Jetpack under theIt appears the plugin with slug jetpack is responsibleerror? If you didn’t test with all other plugins disabled, please do that and get back to us with those results.
Thanks!
@eriol8 At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.
Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
Thanks!
Sorry this is not on the default port 80
http://blogger.howardstx.com:9898Ah, that’s the issue then! Jetpack doesn’t support non-standard ports (port 80 for HTTP and port 443 for HTTPS) for it’s connection.
You should switch it so you’re using port 80 and you should be able to connect Jetpack without any issue.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.
@kmiles2505 I replied to your email. Please keep your correspondence there, thank you!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site stats@steph413 I just ran another test on your site and I believe I found the issue.
It looks like there might also be an issue with our servers verifying your site’s SSL certificate.
Here’s a report that gives some more details:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=stephaniehoathlete.com.au&hideResults=on
It looks like your server doesn’t have the necessary SSL libraries installed to enable “Forward Secrecy”. Without this, certain security protocols fail and Jetpack needs those for authorization.
To remedy this, I’d recommend contacting your host and asking them to make sure your certificate supports Forward Secrecy.
If you’re still having trouble after you fix the issue with your SSL certificate, please get in touch using the contact form link above.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site stats@steph413 thanks for trying that! We’re still showing your site as being disconnected on our end.
Can you try these steps to troubleshoot your problem?Actually, see my reply below for what the issue may be.
If you’re still having the problem after following these steps, we’ll need to run some tests with you directly to try to figure out what’s happening.
Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Do I really need this plugin?I manage a corporate site where we show informations about our services, with related request form, but we do not make direct sell (no online transactions, no ecommerce system).
Is it considered a commercial site?Yes. If it’s related to your business – which is sounds like it is – it is considered commercial.
