If both boxes are not selected, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via

If you’re still on the Setup Wizard screen, you can click on the step you want to go, at the top of the screen. Like this: https://snipboard.io/WJdzgN.jpg
If you have finished the setup, then, you can do it through the Help panel that’s available in some WooCommerce pages.
- Go to any of the WooCommerce pages in the WordPress Admin, for instance WooCommerce > Status
- Select “Help” at the top-right corner.
- Choose the “Setup Wizard” tab.

Another thing – I have two shipping classes on my site. I only need the free shipping to be active for one of those shipping classes.

One thing you may want to check is if your caching plugin(s) are correctly configured and the cache is excluded from the checkout page:

What plugin are you using to import trough excel?
WooCommerce has a built-in product CSV Importer and Exporter and due to formatting and character encoding issues, we don’t recommend Microsoft Excel. We recommend using:
- Online spreadsheet editor Google Drive / Docs
- Free spreadsheet app in OpenOffice
- Free Calc app in LibreOffice
- Numbers for macOS
