You can do this with WooCommerce, setting up a Variable Product. Get to know all about variable products here: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
For the example you gave, you can add as a Custom Attribute:
- Size (single-tier cake and two-tier cake)
- Flavor (All the options)
- Single-tier – Flavor 1
- Two-tier – Flavor 1
- Two-tier – Flavor 2
- Two-tier – Flavor 3
Then, Manually Add the Variations, something like this:

If so, please share your staging site system status – you can find it via
WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Also, if possible, please share a link to the products that display an incorrect total in the cart and checkout pages.

Yes! In the screenshot you sent, it’s only one product, so it submits the price of the product.
However, if more products were added, it would submit the total amount and not single product prices or descriptions.

Thanks for sending the screenshots. Everything seems to be correctly set, so this can be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check if the shipping fee is being applied
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

I’m not sure if I fully understand the process you provide. But basically, if a visitor want to access specific content, it’s required a registration and/or a code, is that right?
The first solution I can think is to sell your photos as digital products. Get to know how WooCommerce handles Digital products here
Using some extension, you can also make your store or some products private, like Private Store & Website
It’s not quite like you described, but I would suggest you to consider a membership site.
With WooCommerce Memberships extension, you have maximum control of what content is restricted in your site.I hope this information helps.
