Hi @howi1976,
I’ve checked the page you sent, and every product is displaying different prices: https://snipboard.io/U6CvcS.jpg
Can you please confirm if the issue persists?
If so, since you are using our WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, you have access to our support team at WooCommerce.com.
Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support (https://woocommerce.com/my-dashboard/), and we’ll be able to help you further there.
Best,
Hi @csnlima
Sorry i forgot to tell you where it happens.
If you put one of the products to cart and open the cart.
You will see that the cart is 23,79€.
Hi @howi1976
This is strange. Does the same occur when you switch theme to Storefront and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce? You’ll need to create a simple product to test it since you currently seem to have only subscription products.
If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Hi @maykato and @csnlima
i found the problem. It depence on the Subscriptions For WooCommerce
Do you have any ideas how to fix that issue?
BR Marcus
Hello,
Thanks for performing the conflict test. I’m glad you were able to pinpoint the issue.
As “subscriptions” is not a WooCommerce core feature, your best bet would be to reach out to that plugin’s support team to find a solution (I see you’ve already done that).
I’ll mark this topic as “resolved” then. Feel free to open a new topic if you need additional assistance!
