We have switched to a new CDN provider which enables us to provide the service with an average latency of 50-60ms worldwide.
Unfortunately the CDN provider had some issues last night, which is why Cookiebot was not working properly. They were fast to react and the issue seems to have been resolved.
Apologies for any inconvenience!
Sorry for the late reply.
There seem to be some issues with the autoblocking mode. Please switch to manual blocking mode and try auto again in a couple of weeks, issues should hopefully have been sorted out by then!

The compression issue is not related to autoblocking. We are working with the CDN provider to fix the bug, it is currently out of our hands. It should be fixed fairly soon, please have patience.
Hi @technovore,
Automatic blocking is a ground-breaking feature and Cookiebot is the only Consent Management Platform that currently supports it, so even if you switch to something else, you won’t get automatic blocking.
We are working on fixing the bugs in automatic blocking. Please have patience.
Until then, we suggest you use manual blocking, which you can find in the Settings page. Manual blocking was the only option until 2 weeks ago, and should work very well.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Hi @steveb4,
Thanks for reaching out.
We are aware that the autoblocking mode causes inteference with the WordPress Admin panel. For now, you can choose to disable Cookiebot in the Admin panel in the “Advanced settings”, or to use manual blocking mode.
Sorry for any inconvenience!
As discussed over mail with @jhanbackjr, the solution for now is to use “manual” as cooking-blocking mode.
Hi @watchpci
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delayed response!
If you choose “manual” in the Cookie-blocking mode setting, the issues should be fixed.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi @rvhanson3
Thanks for reaching out.
You may be able to fix the issue by setting the Cookie-blocking mode to “manual” in the plugin settings page.
