Thanks for reaching out!
We have just released a fix for Divi and Elementor.
Please try version 3.2.0 and remember to disable Cookiebot in WP Admin under the Advanced Settings.
Let us know how it goes.
The issue was fixed around midnight.
Please use support@cookiebot.com if you are a premium customer. The WP forums are only users on the free plan.
Cheers!
@efi123 Thanks for the suggestion, but we are not allowed to access login protected sites according to the WordPress rules.
We have made a release today fixing various auto-blocking related issue.
Please do a hard refresh (CTRL+R) to clear cached Cookiebot files (uc.js) and check if the problem still occurs. Also you should consider if Cookiebot with auto-blocking is necessary for your Admin panel. If you choose to disable it in the Admin panel, the admin panel experience may be faster.
We have just made a release that fixes various issues with auto-blocking.
Please verify if the issue still persists.
Remember to do a hard refresh, Cookiebot my be cached in your browser for 2 hours.

Also, users receive a URL-list by email when we inform them about that their account has been upgraded from Free to Trial. Please verify if there are URLs that do not exist on your website.
Hi @jdembowski,
We actually didn’t ask for login credentials, just for a publicly available website where we could reproduce the issue, which @kwebdesign did set up for us, which resulted in a bugfix.
I believe in this case the account flagging is unjustified, however it is of course your call.
Hi @seto76,
If you have less than 100 subpages, Cookiebot is free.
We would be happy to investigate why we have detected more than 100 subpages on your website. Sometimes it happens that WP websites use attachment pages, which are full-blown pages for media items such as images. If this is the case, you can try disabling attachment pages with the following plugin (or try finding a guide on Google):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-media-permalink-by-hardweb-it/
In any case, we would require a domain domain to investigate your case further.
@jdembowski thanks for the support 🙂
Hi @a2zsc,
Sorry to hear that you couldn’t get Cookiebot working. You could have reached out to one of our 1000 resellers to get help, tried the WP support forum, or our own community. Cookiebot seems to work just fine currently for around 175.000 websites.
When you create a Cookiebot account, you start on the free plan. We then scan your site for any tracking going on, and if you have over 100 pages, which is the max for a free account, you will be upgraded to a free 1-month trial plan, which clearly states which premium plan you qualify for.
IF you wish to proceed using Cookiebot, you have to configure billing information, in your case a Paypal account. Since you have configured your Paypal account, all of the information was available to you, so why does the no-refund come to you as a suprise? If content or features related to your paid membership were defective, unavailable, or did not perform as stated, then that would have been another case.
Hi @kwebdesign,
We believe that autoblocking is the future, so we are working on fixing all known bugs with top priority.
Would it be possible for you to set up a test-site that breaks in IE and send us a link to reproduce the issue? The email is: [ deleted ]
