The newest update should revert the full screen behaviour back to original, and it allows further customization of when to use full screen in the Appearance tab of the plugin’s settings page. Please let us know if you have further issues.

This appears to be an issue with the color you have set in the Appearance tab of the plugin settings. There should be a color picker if you have WordPress version 3.5 or greater. However, if entered manually, this value needs to be a hex code in the following format: #ffffff where f can be any valid hex digit. Please check to see what this setting is set to.

This means that the dimensions of the browser on your laptop are small enough to be classified as a mobile device. We will provide more customization over which devices to display using full screen on in the next update.

If you would kindly update again, this should be fixed in the latest update. Currently, the plugin forces devices with small screens to use full screen as a draggable window can cause issues on them. Your laptop’s screen should no longer be included in this group of devices, but your phone will still have this behaviour.

In the latest version of the plugin, you can force the chat box to start minimized on certain pages by adding “?chat_min=true” to the end of the URL (without quotes). This way, when you add a link to a page in your chatbot message, you can simply modify the URL so that the chat box minimizes when the user clicks it. You can also force the chat box to start maximized by adding “?chat_min=false”.
