As with the conversation history, SQL integration is unfortunately not yet available as part of the Watson Conversation service, but there are plans to support features such as these in the future.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, the Watson Conversation service does not currently support a clear way to view conversation history. There are people working on this feature as there are plans for this to be available in the future.
