To maintain those very easily, you will need pro version. In the pro version, there is an option to attach dir, you can put all files in a dir and attach the dir with a package, and at the front-end, you will be able to list all files with download link without any extra work. To show the file only for logged in user, you see the remove “All Visitors” from “Allow Access” option and select the only user roles you want to allow.
