The files is already exists ( https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/download-manager/trunk/admin/menus/class.Stats.php ). Also, we didn’t change anything around that section in the last update. When there is file with same name is already exist, wpdm add a prefix with the name of the new file. However, WPDM Pro has an option to overwrite file when another file is already exist with the same name.
