The files is already exists ( https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/download-manager/trunk/admin/menus/class.Stats.php ). Also, we didn’t change anything around that section in the last update. Please try deleting and reinstalling plugin, but if that doesn’t resolve the issue, please post here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-free/, we shall check the issue in your site.

I am having the same issue and have deleted the plugin and re-installed it and got the same fatal error when trying to activate it. I had to revert to a previous version to get it working again.
Same issue here:

Reverted back to old version for now

I have same issue; the problem is after updating the plugin the whole website went offline. The only way to get it back online is by renaming or deleting the download-manger directory. I tried to install the plugin again but with no luck, it is still giving the same fatal error.
Now I am back to old version 2.8.3, that’s the only way to get my website online again.
Please help.

Problems occur from time to time, the important thing for me is that you have addressed it in short order and resolved the issue. Thank you, my site updated and is working properly under v2.9.68

But this is only happening with this version (v2.9.68), now I go back to an older version and all working perfect including the icons. I think I will wait until this issue is resolved.

Yes, we added new svg icons recently, old version were using png icons, however, we shall find a way to resolve this, in the meantime, may you please contact your server/hosting support to find the reason, why this is happening for svg icons.
