• Which function of shortcode you are using?
• Payment method you are using on your site

Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t support to send email with payment information. If you are using Bank Transfer payment function, our plugin just can display information payment like a picture attached.

Hi @fractalplants ,We have checked and there is no duplicate email error as you mentioned. There is a possibility that there is a plugin on your site that conflicts with the Gift Voucher plugin. Please try Deactivate all plugins and leave only the Gift Voucher plugin to test the mailing function, thanks.
