• We’ve been using the Gift Cards Plugin for years now and have been informed that purchasers of vouchers within the past 4 months have been getting duplicate notification emails.

    I’m wondering what troubleshooting steps we can take to figure this issue out.

    We’re currently on 4.1.2 of the plugin on WordPress version 6.1 , we’ve also tested this functionality after deactivating all plugins.

    Just to clarify the email address in the “voucher to recipient email here” field will receive two of the same emails and the email address in the receipt field will also receive two of the same.
