Yes, with the pro version you can allow your customers to purchase voucher online and redeem voucher on the woocommerce cart page. Also, you will get an option to create voucher from admin so, you can create voucher order manually too.
Also, you can see the voucher orders from admin and status of that either it’s paid or not, Used or not…

To complete remove the expiry date need to customize the plugin if you want to hide this from PDF then you can remove that directly from below files.
/gift-voucher/front.php
/gift-voucher/giftitems.php/gift-voucher/templates/pdfstyles/style1.php
/gift-voucher/templates/pdfstyles/style2.php
/gift-voucher/templates/pdfstyles/style3.phpYou can directly find that string and comment that textbox code…

Are you using the free version of the plugin? If yes then just for your note free version don’t have this option. You will get woocommerce option in pro version of the plugin.

You can change the size from below path, you need to modify 3 files. here is image which line need to modify.
/gift-voucher-pro/templates/pdfstyles/style1.php
/gift-voucher-pro/templates/pdfstyles/style2.php
/gift-voucher-pro/templates/pdfstyles/style3.php$pdf->Image($image, 0, 0, 595, 453); here 595 is width and 453 height.

Not sure about it but will try to release it soon.
Sorry if you are trying from Admin then you will not receive the emails. Currently only order place from admin, but you can download the PDF from Order listing and send it directly.
We will surely include this ‘direct mail’ feature in our next update.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please confirm if you are receiving mails in spam? sometimes it happens like you have not set the domain associated email address from plugin settings then it will consider as spam.

Currently, mail will send immediately there is no option to send voucher after mark as paid from admin. We will try to include this in our next update.

No, both plugin can not activated at the same time. Can you confirm this if you have any cache plugin then please first clear the cache and then test the page.

Can you please confirm from your settings if you have any name with double quotes or any different characters. that might break the query and not update the settings.
Please confirm and let us know if still it’s not working.
If you are using the pro version of the plugin then you will get the option to “Add extra charges on every voucher” to each vouchers. But you can not allow customers to apply VAT numbers as this feature is not available in plugin for now.
