Currently, mail will send immediately there is no option to send voucher after mark as paid from admin. We will try to include this in our next update.
And can I ask you, when will there be another update?

Probably not yet. The last release was half year ago, according to changelog. Maybe when there are two of us, the developers will be faster 🙂
