How do I get rid of this duplicate image?
Recent WordFence plugin update resulted in numerous fatal errors loading my site. Thankfully BlueHost tech support was able to disable the plugin and restore my site.Be warned!

In reply to: [CommentPress Core] Comments Closed–can’t figure out whyMy theme is Avada. Their technical support has checked this issue thoroughly and seem to think it’s a WordPress issue. All of the settings to show comments are correct but all posts show “comments closed”. They even switched to the standard theme and got the same error so they don’t feel that it is an Avada issue.

In reply to: [Slider by 10Web - Responsive Image Slider] Slider sizes not correctFound the problem. Someone sent me CSS that limited the width to 48%. The page was already in two columns so that reduced the width to less than a quarter. Changed it to 100% and all is fine now.

After promising to make the changes we requested for an additional $80 the developer failed to ever provide a plugin that worked despite having paid him. Months have gone by and he has totally ignored our pleading emails to provide any answers or give us what he promised. I would stay away from this developer at all costs.
We would obviously revise our original five star rating to a zero.

In reply to: [Muut – Commenting and Forums Re-Imagined] Requires site signupConfused as all get out with what this means. We are looking for a forum to add to our fifty sites in Ecuador. We’re using Avada who recommend bbpress and BuddyPress which I installed on one site to test. I found them atrocious with very complicated things like themes that required changes to code. The plain vanilla look was pathetic. I used phpBB3 before and was able to edit the css to have it look exactly like the website, even a full menu. After adding the phpBB3 forum to one site we were attacked with fifty thousand posts and two thousand users from Russia, so we don’t want to repeat that. We just want an easy to configure forum that is easy to understand and looks good. Is that too much to ask?
